Arintra’s Series B has closed at $25M, with Define Ventures leading. The company, which sells agentic AI for hospital revenue assurance, has now raised $51M in total. Its software automates the work of getting health systems paid.
Medical coding, clinical documentation and denials run through one platform spanning 23 specialties. Users include Mercyhealth, Meritus Health, Rochester Regional Health, Reid Health, Mercy Medical Center and UC Davis Health. Arintra says the system handles more than $5B in claims each year.
The round also drew repeat checks from Peak XV Partners, Y Combinator, Ten13, Spider Capital, Counterpart Ventures, Endeavor Health Ventures and the Yale New Haven Health Center for Health Care Innovation. Endeavor Health, which runs the platform in its own hospitals, invested in both the Series A and the new Series B.
Arintra is betting that revenue assurance replaces the fragmented point-solution approach of traditional revenue cycle management. UC Davis Health says its coders audit results about 50% faster with the tool, which keeps an audit trail inside the EHR so humans can verify every AI suggestion.
The pitch arrives as hospitals face a nationwide shortage of coding professionals and growing pressure to capture every reimbursable dollar in a $5T US healthcare system.
