Cureety has folded Reimagine Care into its business in a deal that extends its remote cancer monitoring from Europe into the US. The acquired company supplies an AI chatbot-style engagement tool plus around-the-clock nurse support for patients on complex therapies.
The combined organization supports more than 250 cancer centers and 100,000 patients across five countries, with roughly 150 employees, and is profitable, the companies said. Cureety’s system was built for oncology, accounting for a patient’s treatment, cancer type and clinical context to help care teams tell expected treatment effects apart from changes that need intervention.
Reimagine Care’s Remi AI converses with patients, captures clinically relevant information and escalates concerns to human clinicians when needed. The company also offers round-the-clock access to oncology-trained staff and says its model resolves 95% of patient needs virtually, cutting avoidable emergency visits and administrative strain on physicians.
The timing matters as CAR-T therapies and bispecific antibodies push complex care outside hospital walls, the companies argue. Their combined platform is designed to integrate into existing US clinical workflows and tap established care-management and remote-monitoring reimbursement pathways.
Cureety CEO François-Guirec Champoiseau said cancer treatment has become extraordinarily precise, and the acquisition lets the company bring that same precision to the care that surrounds it. The deal also positions the group to support clinical trials with continuous therapy-specific monitoring and longitudinal data.
