Agentic healthcare AI from Innovaccer is heading to more markets through a new partnership with IT services firm Mastek. Mastek has joined Innovaccer’s Platinum Global Systems Integrator program and will deploy the Gravity platform across its footprint in 40-plus countries, spanning the US, UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Gravity unifies clinical, financial and operational data into a single autonomous healthcare operations layer. Mastek will implement and localize the full suite, spanning agentic revenue cycle management, value-based care, population health, payer performance and omnichannel patient access.
The IT services firm brings four decades of public sector and healthcare delivery experience, 4,700-plus specialists and 275-plus healthcare and life sciences clients with a 96 percent retention rate.
The pairing addresses what Innovaccer calls international delivery friction. Healthcare AI platforms often stall at borders on compliance mandates, government procurement rules and legacy data migrations, so vendors lean on regional integrators with established delivery credibility.
For health systems abroad, the deal means agentic AI features already deployed in US hospitals could arrive faster, adapted to local regulatory and procurement realities. It is also a play for scale, since agentic automation needs unified data plumbing and Gravity is the pipe.
