Bengaluru-based Ultrahuman has raised $70M to push its wearable line deeper into continuous health AI, with Qualcomm Ventures and diagnostics giant Labcorp among the backers.

The round includes $65M in primary equity and $5M in debt, according to reports. Returning investors Alpha Wave, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners and Alteria Capital joined in. The reported valuation of roughly $365M is about three times the $120M figure attached to the company in 2023.

Ultrahuman is best known for its smart ring, but founder and CEO Mohit Kumar describes a bigger ambition: building a computing interface that reads the body continuously and turns the signals into everyday guidance.

“Not another dashboard and not simply more data,” Kumar said in a statement. “Something that can help a person sleep better, understand cardiovascular health, navigate fertility and improve metabolic health.”

The company’s platform now spans the Ultrahuman Ring, its Blood Vision blood-testing service, the M1 and M2 Live continuous glucose monitors, Home environmental sensing and Jade, its biointelligence system. Fresh capital will fund expansion of the software, AI and research layers around those products.

A separate effort with Qualcomm will put the chipmaker’s silicon inside a future ring, adding enough on-device computing power for more algorithms to run without a phone or the cloud. Ultrahuman currently builds on Nordic Semiconductor chips and will keep using them alongside Qualcomm silicon.

The funding arrives as the smart ring market heats up, with rival Oura filing for a US IPO this week. Labcorp’s presence suggests a strategic interest in connecting consumer wearables to clinical diagnostics.
