A device company is putting quantitative brain-wave analytics into the software that runs a national network of psychiatric clinics. Firefly Neuroscience, listed on Nasdaq, announced a collaboration with Radial to integrate its Evoke platform with RadialOS.
Evoke pairs quantitative electroencephalography with event-related potential testing, then applies AI to turn the raw signal into objective measures of brain function. The platform holds FDA 510(k) clearance. RadialOS is Radial’s own clinical operating system.
The plan is to feed those measures into the diagnostic path. Clinicians would use them to build a fuller picture of a patient, choose a treatment route, coordinate care and track change over time – a contrast with psychiatry’s usual reliance on symptom questionnaires and clinical judgment.
Scale matters here. Radial says it operates the largest network of brain medicine clinics in the country, with 27 sites across seven states, and supports treatments including transcranial magnetic stimulation alongside medication. The network took shape after Radial’s August 2026 acquisition of the management services organization behind Mindful Health Solutions.
Objective readouts could sharpen who gets which therapy and whether it is working. They could also complicate reimbursement, since payers still build coverage rules around diagnosis codes and symptom scales rather than scan-like measurements. Getting an EEG-based measure into routine psychiatric workflow is the harder battle.
