Insight Partners led the Series A. Bessemer Venture Partners, already on the cap table, joined in. Graph AI collected $13.3M. That follows a $3M seed less than a year ago, taking the total to roughly $16.3M.
Graph AI builds software for pharmacovigilance. That is the regulated work of spotting and assessing a medicine’s adverse effects. The company started in 2024.
Volume is the sales pitch. The company says live customers now finish a safety case in under 10 minutes, down from more than three hours. Operating costs fell by as much as 66%. Deterministic controls, validation layers and audit trails keep source data and outputs traceable for inspections.
Two modules have shipped since the seed. One captures and triages adverse-event reports arriving through different channels. The other is a safety database that automates case processing end to end. A third, for aggregate reporting, lands in September. A signal-detection module is in design.
Pharmacovigilance is labor-heavy, rule-bound and closely inspected. That mix has slowed AI adoption. Graph AI is betting traceability, not raw capability, wins regulated buyers.
Customers already span North America and other markets. The new capital funds expansion across the US and Europe.
