Kordata Dynamics has launched from stealth with an AI-powered platform designed to transform clinical trials by processing neural data to characterize patient responses to drugs and interventions in real time.

The spinout of neural digital health company BIOS Health integrates BIOS’ AI dosing technology to capture and analyze neural signals, providing sponsors and researchers with deeper insights into how patients respond to therapies. The platform initially targets trials in neuromodulation and precision neural treatments for Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, and drug-resistant cardiovascular and autoimmune conditions.

Kordata’s approach aligns with the FDA’s recent initiative to review clinical trial data in real time, allowing sponsors to report safety and efficacy signals as they emerge rather than waiting for traditional data collection cycles. CEO Emil Hewage said the vision is to enable high-quality trials that recruit patients in three to six months rather than several years.

The company launched with backing from MAVRK Celestia Fund, Kern Venture Group, and Digital Neural Infrastructure Holdings. Kordata aims to simplify dosing for complex medicines and connect trial stakeholders through shared real-time data streams.
