Back-office automation for clinics is drawing fresh capital, with Confido Health adding $12.5 million through an extension of its Series A. The round was led by Z47, the venture firm formerly known as Matrix Partners India, and lifts the total raised in that Series A to $22.5 million.
Together Fund and Blume Ventures, both existing backers, took part. Justin Saks, a healthcare private equity veteran, signed on as an investor and board adviser. The New York company began with AI voice agents handling patient calls, and the new money funds a shift toward CareOS, a platform meant to run administrative work end to end rather than just conversation.
CareOS collects patient details, referral information and payer requirements during intake, then puts them to work on later outreach, follow-up and payment collection. Chetan Reddy, a co-founder and the chief executive, describes the change as moving clinics from systems of record to systems of action. “Information sitting in a database doesn’t call a patient back or collect a payment,” he said.
Earlier backing includes a $10 million Series A led by Blume Ventures in September 2025 and a $3 million seed round led by Together Fund in December 2024. Confido, founded in 2022 by Reddy and Vichar Shroff, now plans to spread CareOS across multi-location healthcare organizations and add agents for more medical specialties.
